Aluminium Curtain Wall Fabricator

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication schedules, and architectural blueprints.
• Cut, drill, punch, and assemble aluminium profiles to fabricate curtain wall frames.
• Use hand and power tools. Install gaskets, glazing beads, thermal breaks, and accessories according to system specifications.
• Measure and mark out material accurately to ensure tight tolerances. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with quality control teams to inspect fabricated components for defects or deviations.
• Assist in loading and packaging completed systems for transportation.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication, ideally in curtain wall or façade systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with specific systems (e.g., Schüco, Reynaers) is a plus.

Work Environment:

Factory based Use of PPE is mandatory. Regular exposure to noise, dust, and fabrication machinery.
