About the Role

Tranquil Talent Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a community focused training provider based in Sunderland. Established in 2012, our client delivers high quality education and training across the North East.

Pay: £25,000

Hours: 37.5 per week 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the accurate input and update learner course and enrolment data into the MIS and associated systems.
  • Ensure all data is entered in line with internal procedures and external funding body requirements (e.g, ILR returns)
  • Conduct regular data checks to identify, report and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing and providing accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with Data Protection and GDPR regulations.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties in line with the purpose of the role, as agreed with the MIS and Compliance Lead.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record of accurately inputting data and maintaining records.
  • ILR (Individualised Learner Record) expertise: Ensuring ILR data is timely, accurate, and compliant.
  • Understanding of data protection legislation and handling of sensitive learner information.
  • Experience of handling high volumes of data with precision.
  • Experience of conducting regular data checks, reconciliations or audits to maintain data quality.
  • Administration experience.
