Production Operative

Tranquil Talent Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are a food blending and contract packing company based in Seaham.   

Pay: From £12.50 per hour   

Hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday (Candidates required to be flexible for working hours due to the nature of the business) 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and organisation.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any discrepancies.
• Packing goods to clients requirements.

Essential Experience

• Proficiency in running machines.
• Basic Mathematics/English skills are required during production tasks.
• Experience within a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
